Terms of Sales
The following outlines the terms & conditions of all sales via the Salt Space website. All users are required to agree with these terms & conditions prior to processing any transaction via the Salt Space website.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Salt Space accepts credit cards as forms of payment. If a credit card company is being used for a transaction, Salt Space may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit card account occurs at the time of purchase or rental request (as applicable) or shortly thereafter.
The Salt Space accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
PLEASE NOTE
We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States or prepaid gift cards issued by credit card companies. Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.
If a transaction has been declined online due to credit card issues please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another credit card.
BILLING
All sales are final. No refund will be given for online purchase of Event Rental Deposit, Event Rental Final Payments, Tickets for Salt Stage events, or Long-Term Salt Arts exhibition rentals.
PRICES
The Salt Space endeavors to offer you competitive prices on all of our services offered. Your total price will include the price of the Product / Service. Salt Space reserves the right to change prices for Products / Services offered on the Salt Space website at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Salt Space is not responsible for typographic errors. The Salt Space reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale on the Salt Space website at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale on a periodic basis for modifications.
